Official Greene County, Ohio docket, hearing, and record questions belong with the court clerk that holds the case. This page routes common requests to the correct court-specific channel.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Greene County Court Docket is a private reference resource. It cannot retrieve dockets, change a setting, seal a case, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. Those actions require the clerk or court that owns the record.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Greene County does not have one statewide docket search that replaces the court holding the case. Use the court named on the citation, notice, or case number, then route the request to its clerk:

  • Common Pleas felony, general civil, Domestic Relations, or appellate filing: Greene County Clerk of Courts, Legal Division and CourtView.
  • Probate case: the Greene County Probate Court clerk and its separate docket channel.
  • Juvenile case: the Greene County Juvenile Court clerk, subject to its access rules.
  • Fairborn or Beavercreek municipal matter: Fairborn Municipal Court clerk.
  • Xenia, Bellbrook, or Yellow Springs municipal matter: Xenia Municipal Court clerk, unless a Yellow Springs citation names Mayor's Court.

For Common Pleas dockets and records, contact the Greene County Clerk of Courts, Legal Division, 45 N. Detroit St., Xenia, OH 45385, (937) 562-5290. The counter is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is the records counter for General Division civil and felony matters, Domestic Relations copies, and appellate filings.

For a hearing date, begin with the latest docket entry or court calendar and confirm it with the clerk that owns the case. For an official or certified copy, identify the court, case number, and item requested. The clerk that maintains the original record is the issuing authority.
