Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Information entered into a third-party search widget is processed by that widget's provider. Greene County Court Docket does not represent that it stores or controls a third party’s search-query records.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends a message directly to the operator, the message may be retained to respond, maintain the correspondence, or meet a legal obligation. It is not sold as a court-record database.
Data We Gather Automatically
Like most websites, the service and its providers may receive routine technical information when a page loads:
- IP address and approximate network information
- Browser, device, and operating-system details
- Pages viewed and the time spent on them
- Referring page or service, when available
- Time and date records associated with a visit
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies and analytics tools may measure traffic, page performance, and broad usage patterns. Browser controls can limit cookies, although some connected services may not operate the same way when they are blocked.
What We Do With This Data
Technical and direct-contact data may be used to operate and secure the service, respond to a message, diagnose errors, understand aggregate usage, and deliver or measure advertising where used. It is not used to maintain an official Greene County court docket.
No Court-Record Data on File
Greene County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell official court dockets, case files, calendars, or personal case-record databases. It describes where the Greene County Clerk of Courts Legal Division, Probate Court clerk, Juvenile Court clerk, Fairborn Municipal Court clerk, and Xenia Municipal Court clerk hold their own records. Ohio has no one statewide public trial-court docket search that replaces those court-specific custodians.
Court-record access is governed by the Ohio Public Records Act, R.C. 2303.12, and Ohio Sup.R. 44-47, with court-specific restrictions and redaction rules. These authorities govern access to court files held by the court, not a visitor profile held by this private resource.
Third-Party Search Partners
Any outside search tool has its own privacy practices, retention periods, pricing, and data-sharing terms. Review the provider’s own policy before entering a name, case number, or other information. Greene County Court Docket does not control the provider's systems or results.
Links to Other Websites
Links to Greene County, Ohio court, clerk, municipal, village, and state pages lead to separate websites. Their privacy policies and security practices apply after a visitor leaves this website.
Advertising or analytics providers may also use their own technology to measure activity across websites. That activity is controlled by those providers and their stated policies.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal information is not sold as a court-record product. Information may be processed by:
- Search providers that receive a submitted widget query
- Analytics or hosting providers used to operate the service
- Advertising providers that serve or measure an advertisement
- Government authorities when a valid legal requirement applies
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable safeguards are used for the private service, but no internet-based system can promise absolute security. Visitors should avoid sending sensitive personal information through an unverified channel and should direct official court-record requests to the proper clerk.
Users Under 18
This resource is intended for a general adult audience and does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor supplied personal information directly to the operator, they may request review of that information.
Your Data Rights
A visitor may ask about personal information provided directly to the operator, including a request to review, correct, delete, or limit certain processing where applicable. The Ohio court-access authorities cited above do not transform this private resource into a custodian of the Greene County court records.
- Ask what direct-contact information is retained
- Request correction of inaccurate direct-contact information
- Request deletion where retention is not required
- Ask about available choices for cookies or data processing
